Safety

1	Fully trained and qualified guides are employed by Keltram to facilitate all team building activities
2	Guides and/or facilitators are placed at each separate activity or check point to oversee events.
3	Clear and unambiguous instructions are given prior to commencement of each activity. Rules and regulations are stipulated. As long as ALL of these are adhered to, there will be little or no risk or apparent danger.
4	In the event of strenuous or perilous activities, a fully qualified paramedic will be present to provide medical assistance if and when required.
5	Wearing of all prescribed safety gear is compulsery. Should an individual refuse to adhere to these rules, he/she will not be permitted to participate.
6	No person who is under the influence of alcohol, will be permitted to participate in any events which present any possible danger or risk.
7	Participation is entirely voluntary. No delegate will be forced to complete an activity.
8	Keltram's activities can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels and physical challenges.
